 Role: The President provides overall leadership to the board and ensures the organization stays aligned with its mission and vision. They oversee board meetings, help guide strategy, and serve as the primary point of contact for organizational matters. The Chairperson also works closely with the Executive Director and other board members to ensure success and growth. 

 Role: The Vice President supports the Chairperson in their duties and steps in for them when they are unavailable. The Vice Chairperson also helps with governance and strategic planning, ensuring the board remains effective in fulfilling its responsibilities. They may take on special projects or serve as a liaison between committees. 

 Role: The Secretary ensures that accurate records of all board meetings, decisions, and organizational documents are maintained. They are responsible for keeping track of meeting minutes, distributing agendas, and managing communications between the board and the organization. The Secretary helps ensure transparency and accountability. 

 Role: The Treasurer oversees the financial health of the organization. They work with the Executive Director to manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability. The Treasurer presents financial reports at board meetings and ensures the organization complies with all financial regulations and best practices. 

 Role: The Community Outreach Chair is responsible for building relationships with local organizations, churches, and community members to help expand the nonprofit’s reach. They work to ensure that Lisha's Helping Hands is involved in community events and initiatives and that the needs of the community are being met effectively. 

 Role: The Fundraising Chair is responsible for creating and implementing strategies for fundraising, including events, grants, and donor engagement. They help identify new funding sources, build relationships with donors, and ensure the organization meets its financial needs to support its programs. 

 Role: The Marketing and Communications Chair oversees the organization’s external communications, ensuring that the mission and vision are clearly conveyed to the community. They are responsible for managing social media, newsletters, website content, and public relations, helping to raise awareness of the nonprofit and its programs. 

 Role: The Legal and Compliance Advisor ensures that the organization remains compliant with local, state, and federal regulations. They provide legal counsel on issues like contracts, liability, nonprofit governance, and risk management, ensuring the organization operates within the boundaries of the law.
